We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments that are no-call, no-show will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
We understand schedules can change. Late arrivals are accommodated at the service provider’s discretion based on availability and remaining appointment time. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule if the delay impacts the next appointment.
